It’s time for a full and rewarding life—however you define it

Legacy at Willow Pond helps you make every day as extraordinary as you want it to be. Our signature Living Very Well program is designed to give our residents appealing choices so that they can have a lifestyle that is as active, personally fulfilling, and social as they choose. Time and time again we hear from adult children of Willow Pond residents who express to us their pleasure in seeing mom and dad the most active they have been in years.

We have built the Living Very Well program on the seven major building blocks of wellness:

  • Physical
  • Emotional
  • Spiritual
  • Intellectual
  • Creative
  • Social
  • Vocational

Based on these wellness components, our full-time Lifestyle Director works in concert with Legacy at Willow Pond residents to create activities, programs, and outings that are meaningful to our residents and their unique tastes and moods.

Feeling creative? Find your inner artist with a woodworking workshop, an art class with Diana, a poetry workshop, or a crafting lesson with Mary Ann. Renew spiritually by attending a Catholic Mass, hymn singing, or a service at the Penfield United Methodist Church. Are you in the mood for exercise? Explore a tai chi class, take part in Wii golf, go for a group stroll, or limber up with a stretching class. Are you in the mood for something a little more exciting? Put on your dancing shoes and join your neighbors for an exciting evening of cocktails, dinner, and dancing to live music. Or just relax and socialize with friends over a board game, billiards, bingo, or a card game.

Whether you’re in the mood for a movie, a live concert, a lecture, or a cooking demo,
or if you have an idea for a new activity, we go the extra mile to make sure there’s always
something fun to do so you can live very well at The Legacy.
