Legacy at Willow Pond will make your move an easy and affordable one. No entrance fees or membership dues are required and our suite packages are priced and tailored to your specific needs. Monthly service fees are based on your apartment style and the optional services you choose. Legacy at Willow Pond is a continuous care campus, providing options in living arrangements to suit your needs. The independent living lifestyle frees you from daily concerns and allows you to fully enjoy every day while we look after the details. Assisted care is also available, if required, providing full meal services and medical supervision without a change of residence. Nursing care can be arranged if circumstances dictate.
If you would like to secure a place at Legacy at Willow Pond for yourself or for a loved one, we ask that you fill out an information request form and we will send a brochure or have a representative contact you.You may also call 585-388-POND (388-7663). We require a fully refundable $1500.00 deposit to reserve an apartment at Legacy. A reservation will provide you with the opportunity to select an apartment you will enjoy living in. Reservations for apartments at Legacy will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.
